Kalyan Jewellers - Sector 18, Noida Noida's Finest

"I would like to share my experience with Kalyan Jewellers, Sector 18 Noida, regarding an order I placed for an uncut jewellery ring. During my visit, I selected a ring that was slightly larger in size and requested the same design in a smaller size. The staff informed me that it could be made to order and would take approximately 50 days for delivery. Although I agreed to the waiting period, I was initially told that the gold price on the date of delivery would be applicable. When I expressed my concern and decided not to proceed, the staff eventually agreed to provide the ring at the same day’s price, and the order was placed. After around two months, I was informed that the ring was ready for collection. However, upon inspection, it was evident that the design, shape, and color of the center stone were completely different from the original ring shown at the time of order. When I raised this issue, the staff insisted that it was the same design and that the differences were minor due to the size variation. Fortunately, the original ring was still available in the store, and comparing the two clearly showed significant differences in stone size, color, and overall design. Following this, I had to go through an extensive process involving multiple forms and discussions to initiate a refund. As of now, the cashback is still in progress, and the refund amount remains blocked without a clear timeline for resolution. In addition, the difference in gold rates between the date of purchase and the current date has caused a financial loss. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about product transparency and customer service at this branch. I hope the management takes note of this feedback and ensures that similar issues do not occur for other customers in the future."

"I have been a customer of Kalyan Jewellers since 2023. However, in 2025 I have visited your store a few times — most recently on 19th October 2025. Unfortunately, during my last visit, one of the staff members in the diamond section behaved in a very unprofessional manner toward me and my wife. This experience has left a very poor impression, and I regret to say that I will not be making any future purchases from this store unless such behavior is addressed. I kindly request the store manager to look into this matter and ensure that your staff maintain proper professionalism and courtesy toward customers. "I am really disappointed with my recent experience at Kalyan Jewellers, Sector 18. I had visited regarding my gold scheme Dhan Samriddhi, which I had joined back in 2019 to oct 2025. However, the staff, especially a person named Suraj, did not treat me well. He was unable to clearly explain the product details I was asking about, and both he and another staff member started laughing while I was talking. I was there 12 oct 2025 11:33am to 12:30pm Their behavior made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. I have always trusted Kalyan Jewellers, but this experience has really hurt my confidence in your brand. I sincerely request the management to look into this matter and ensure customers are treated with respect and courtesy. "I went to Noida Sector 18 branch in 2025 to buy gold. A person named Sunil told me about a scheme in which I had to pay Rs. 2000 per month for 11 months. After paying for 11 months, the making charges would become zero. I continued it for 6 months. After June, I could not continue. Then I called the store and asked if I have to pay, how should I pay. They said that now this scheme cannot be continued because there has been a gap of 3 months, while September is going on, there has been a gap of 2 months. They said that come to the store and buy any item, it will be 50% less. Then 3 people at the reception gave the same information that making charges will be 50% less. When I asked the store to show me a ring, they said they did not have the size, then when I asked for a coin, they said the coin was not available and then on the 3rd floor 3/5 people gave wrong information that you will not get 50% off, you will have to pay the full amount, then when I confirmed at the reception, they confirmed the same thing that you will get 50% off and for the coin or ring size, they said the stock will come on Diwali and I thought Kalyan Jewellers is good but the service is very bad, every person is giving different information, no one has any knowledge, they are fooling us completely, if we are customers, I have all the recordings as a proof.unproffesional behaviour, poor service,"
